Factors to help you lose weight!
Are you motivated to lose weight? One of the most important factors to losing weight is motivation. Do you have goals, maybe you want to get back to your old high school weight before your reunion or maybe it is more of a short term goal, like losing 5lbs within the month. Goals are very important when losing weight, something to keep you striving until you accomplish what you set out to do.
Many successful dieters use external motivators to lose weight. Reason being is because the number one reason to lose weight is to look good. As they are successful there diet starts to become a life style change, they feel healthier and there motivations turn into internal motivators as well as external.
Another important factor in losing weight is having great support. It is best to find a friend or someone to diet with you so you have support and can provide support. Doing this will not only help motivate you but will keep you focused on your ultimate goals.
